In 2001 Hilary started her Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker and in her first year as a Realtor was awarded “Rookie Of The Year” for Coldwell Banker, Fredericksburg VA office. Wanting to expand her knowledge of Real Estate Hilary changed brokerages and went to work for Cowan Realty in Orange VA, a small rural broker in the heart of Virginia. She says working with the Owner/Broker, Adrianna Cowan in the selling or farms and land was one of the most rewarding experiences in her Real Estate career. When the Real Estate market crashed in 2008 Hilary was able to position herself as an REO agent working with Fannie Mae and other large banking institutions in the sale of their Real Estate Owned properties. In her career as a Real Estate Consultant Hilary has completed many property valuations, from residential to large farms and even on a famous actors home!
Hilary has a wealth of knowledge in Real Estate Relocation. Originally from England, she has crossed the Atlantic twice with her family, moving her household contents and the last time with her 4 dogs. She knows relocation is stressful on all the family members and finding a home in the right neighborhood with access to amenities a family needs is very important.
